Cada nodo se conecta a los dem\u00e1s y tiene su propia ponderaci\u00f3n y umbral asociados. Si la salida de cualquier nodo individual est\u00e1 por encima del valor umbral especificado, ese nodo se activa y env\u00eda datos a la siguiente capa de la red. Las c\u00e9lulas del cerebro humano, llamadas neuronas, forman una red compleja y con un alto nivel de interconexi\u00f3n y se env\u00edan se\u00f1ales el\u00e9ctricas entre s\u00ed para ayudar a los humanos a procesar la informaci\u00f3n. De manera similar, una red neuronal artificial est\u00e1 formada por neuronas artificiales que trabajan juntas para resolver un problema. Las neuronas artificiales son m\u00f3dulos de software, llamados nodos, y las redes neuronales artificiales son programas de software o algoritmos que, en esencia, utilizan sistemas inform\u00e1ticos para resolver c\u00e1lculos matem\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7fa726 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a7fa726\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\" data-core-v316-plus=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51aae31 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51aae31\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-small\">Arquitectura de una red neuronal simple\n<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a38d550 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a38d550\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Una red <b>neuronal b\u00e1sica<\/b> tiene neuronas artificiales interconectadas en tres capas:<\/p><p><b>Capa de entrada:\u00a0<\/b>La informaci\u00f3n del mundo exterior entra en la red neuronal artificial desde la capa de entrada. Los nodos de entrada procesan los datos, los analizan o los clasifican y los pasan a la siguiente capa.<\/p><p><b>Capa oculta:\u00a0<\/b>Las capas ocultas toman su entrada de la capa de entrada o de otras capas ocultas. Las redes neuronales artificiales pueden tener una gran cantidad de capas ocultas. Cada capa oculta analiza la salida de la capa anterior, la procesa a\u00fan m\u00e1s y la pasa a la siguiente capa.<\/p><p><b>Capa de salida:\u00a0<\/b>La capa de salida proporciona el resultado final de todo el procesamiento de datos que realiza la red neuronal artificial. Puede tener uno o varios nodos. Por ejemplo, si tenemos un problema de clasificaci\u00f3n binaria (s\u00ed\/no), la capa de salida tendr\u00e1 un nodo de salida que dar\u00e1 como resultado 1 o 0. Un n\u00famero, denominado peso, representa las conexiones entre un nodo y otro. El peso es un n\u00famero positivo si un nodo estimula a otro, o negativo si un nodo suprime a otro. Los nodos con valores de peso m\u00e1s altos tienen mayor influencia en los dem\u00e1s nodos.<br \/>En teor\u00eda, las redes neuronales profundas pueden asignar cualquier tipo de entrada a cualquier tipo de salida. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n necesitan mucho m\u00e1s entrenamiento en comparaci\u00f3n con otros m\u00e9todos de <b>machine learning<\/b>. A continuaci\u00f3n, se indican varios ejemplos:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c88d2dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c88d2dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-small\">Redes neuronales prealimentadas<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-385490e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"385490e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Las redes neuronales prealimentadas procesan los datos en una direcci\u00f3n, desde el nodo de entrada hasta el nodo de salida. Todos los nodos de una capa est\u00e1n conectados a todos los nodos de la capa siguiente. Una red prealimentada utiliza un proceso de retroalimentaci\u00f3n para mejorar las predicciones a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-582b6a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"582b6a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-small\">Algoritmo de retropropagaci\u00f3n\n<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6df6489 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6df6489\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Las redes neuronales artificiales aprenden de forma continua mediante el uso de bucles de retroalimentaci\u00f3n correctivos para mejorar su an\u00e1lisis predictivo. En pocas palabras, puede pensar en los datos que fluyen desde el nodo de entrada hasta el nodo de salida a trav\u00e9s de muchos caminos diferentes en la red neuronal. Solo un camino es el correcto: el que asigna el nodo de entrada al nodo de salida correcto. Para encontrar este camino, la red neuronal utiliza un bucle de retroalimentaci\u00f3n que funciona de la siguiente manera:<\/p><ol><li>Cada nodo intenta adivinar el siguiente nodo de la ruta.<\/li><li>Se comprueba si la suposici\u00f3n es correcta. Los nodos asignan valores de peso m\u00e1s altos a las rutas que conducen a m\u00e1s suposiciones correctas y valores de peso m\u00e1s bajos a las rutas de los nodos que conducen a suposiciones incorrectas.<\/li><li>Para el siguiente punto de datos, los nodos realizan una predicci\u00f3n nueva con las trayectorias de mayor peso y luego repiten el paso 1.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3217163 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3217163\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-small\">Redes neuronales convolucionales\n<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6920baf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6920baf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Las capas ocultas de las redes neuronales convolucionales realizan funciones matem\u00e1ticas espec\u00edficas, como la s\u00edntesis o el filtrado, denominadas convoluciones. Son muy \u00fatiles para la clasificaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes porque pueden extraer caracter\u00edsticas relevantes de las im\u00e1genes que son \u00fatiles para el reconocimiento y la clasificaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes. La forma nueva es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de procesar sin perder caracter\u00edsticas que son fundamentales para hacer una buena predicci\u00f3n.
